How to book a custom Balloon Garland?Please fill-out a form at https://www.backyardcx.com/balloongarlands You may also send an email at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-251-9888, We will work together to create something beautiful for your event!

Rescheduling and CancellationAny rescheduling or cancellation requests must be made in writing at least __10__ days prior to the event. The Balloon Artist will make every effort to accommodate the new date and time. If the Client cancels the services within _7_ days prior to the event, the deposit is non-refundable.

How do I pay for Balloon Services?Clients can pay for Balloon Services via credit card and/or Paypal. A 50% deposit is due to book Balloon Services. Final amount is due 2 days prior to event. Additional Services and Fees: If the Client requests additional services not outlined in invoice, the Balloon Artist will make reasonable efforts to accommodate these requests and will quote any additional fees separately.

Outdoor EventsBackyardCX uses only the highest quality of balloons. For outdoor events, balloons shall be placed in shaded areas or risk balloon popping. We highly recommend double stuffing balloons to have balloons last longer. This is an extra fee.

Insurance and LiabilityBackyardCX holds Commercial General Liability Insurance in the event of any damages or injuries arising from any booked service. Terms and conditions are mentioned in the rental contract, waiver liability form.

Are bounce houses safe?Yes, Safety is our number one concern! Our units were selected because of their safety features and meeting industry standards. Units are inspected and cleaned after every use. Units are setup on approved surfaces, tied down using 18" stakes and/or sandbags. Please remember, ADULT SUPERVISION AT ALL TIMES! If adhere to safety rules and operating instructions, no problems should occur.

Bounce House Cancellation and Rain PolicyWhen booking a bounce house, to cancel or reschedule, sufficient notice of time must be given, at least 2 days (48 hours) notice prior to start of event. If rescheduling, BackyardCX will make every effort to reschedule the same unit or an alternate unit. If cancel 2 days prior to the start of the event, client will receive full refund. If canceling within 1 day prior to start of your event, there is a 50% cancellation fee. No refund or reschedule will be offered if you cancel the day of your party. For bounce house rentals, if the weather forecast is questionable (i.e. light rain), for the time of your event, we can still setup, if you choose; however, there are no refunds, rain checks, or discounts that will be given if weather turns. If severe weather is forecasted, the client maintains the right to cancel their booking for a full refund. Just note, no one should enter the bounce house if winds are above 20 mph. For that safety reason, we reserve the right to cancel event due to heavy rain, high winds, or any weather related problems. If this happens, all amounts paid towards rental will be fully refunded.

For bounce houses, does the price include set up and delivery?Yes! We deliver and setup all our party rentals. Drop off of the bounce house is at least to 1/2 hours to 2 hours before the start of your event. Setup takes approximately 30 minutes. Delivery is included in price up to 15 miles from zip code 33809. If outside of the 15 miles, please see breakdown: => 16-25 miles $25.00 => 26-40 miles $30.00-$50.00 => 41-60 miles $50.00-$65.00 => 61-80 miles $65-00-$100.00 => 81-90 miles $100.00-$130.00

For bounce houses, what surfaces do you set up on?We can setup on most surfaces, preferably grass, but also concrete, asphalt with advance notice. Please make sure there is no underground irrigation pipes buried and/or telephone cables or electric lines close to the perimeter of the bounce house. Do not run sprinklers or mow lawn the same day in the setup area.

What payments methods do you allow?If paying online, payments accepted are credit card and Paypal. If paying by phone/email, deposit payments can be paid with credit card. Final payment is due 48 hours before the start of the event. No checks, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle are allowed

How much time in advance do you delivery before the start time of the event and when do you pick-up?This depends on location. We will delivery and set-up 30 mins to 2 hours in advance before the start of the event. When picking-up, we'll come 30 mins to 2 hours after the event end time to retrieve items. Clients are notified via text message when BackyardCX is on the way to the location and ETA.

What items are not allowed on bounce houses?To keep our bounce houses clean and damage-free, we kindly ask that the following items are not allowed on the bounce house: Shoes are not allowed Face Paint is not allowed Sharp Objects are not allowed Furbabies are not allowed Food and Drinks are not allowed Thank you for respecting our guidelines! Are there traveling fees?BackyardCX will travel the distance to reach our amazing clients! All bookings include delivery up to 15 miles from 33809. Anything outside the 15 miles will receive the following travel fee: => 16-25 miles $25.00 => 26-40 miles $50.00 => 41-60 miles $100.00 => 61-80 miles $150.00 => 81-90 miles $200.00
