INCLUDES: - Gold Metal Arch Chiara Backdrop Stand and Half Moon - Cake Stand - Customize backdrop colors and design - Any high-quality balloon colors, up to 4 colors, if any questions, please call 863-251-9888 or email backyardcx@gmail.com - Add-ons are available (such as small and big foil balloons) - Balloon garlands are created for indoor events, please notify if event is outdoor - Balloon garland is 12 FT - Prices start at $400 - Digital Mock Up SET-UP/PICKUP: - Setup and Delivery Fees are included in price if location is 15 miles within 33809. If outside this range, a travel fee will be added. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: - A $200 Deposit is required to book the appointment; remaining amount will be invoiced to client after finalizing plans and selections - Final payment is due 7 days before day of event - Payment methods accepted are cash, credit card and/or Paypal REMOVAL: - BackyardCX will remove the balloon stands from the clients location when event is over. Clients will keep the custom balloon garland. All materials are disposable, unless otherwise advised. DELIVERY/TRAVEL FEE: - Delivery fee will be charged from 33809. This amount will be listed on the final invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY: - For a full refund of monies paid, the deadline to submit your request is 7 days prior to the event date. Please send email request to cancel, reschedule at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-215-9888. - Cancellation / Reschedule requests received after this deadline are subject to forfeit deposit paid. - No Refund of monies paid if cancel the day of event. - Please send your request by email or call 863-215-9888. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: - If outside event and in the event of forecasted severe weather, BackyardCX will contact the customer via phone at least 48 hours prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or reschedule event. - If BackyardCX is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling and/or refund. * Pictures taken by BackyardCX.
