BackyardCX works with our clients to design and create customized balloon garlands to elevate your events! Submit your ideas, colors, and themes and together we will create something memorably! INCLUDES: - 6.5Ft X 6.5Ft Round Gold Stand - Custom Round Backdrop - White or Black Backdrop - Cake Stand - 12 FT Balloon Garland - High-Quality Balloon sizes will range between 5 to 18 inches (select up to 3 balloon colors) - Add-ons are available (such as small and big foil balloons) at additional cost - Balloon garlands are created for indoor events, please notify if event is outdoor event - Prices start at $350 - Digital Mock up when deposit is paid SET-UP: - Setup and Delivery Fees are included in price if location is 15 miles within 33809. If outside this range, a travel fee will be added. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: - A $200 Deposit is required to book the appointment; remaining amount will be invoiced to customer after finalizing plans and selections - Final payment is due 7 days before day of event - Payment methods accepted are cash, credit card and/or Paypal REMOVAL: - BackyardCX will remove the balloon supplies from client's location including the round stand and backdrop. Client will keep the Balloon Garland. All materials are disposable, unless otherwise advised. DELIVERY FEE: - Business is located in Lakeland, FL 33809 area. Delivery fee will be based from this location. This amount will be listed on the final invoice. CANCELLATION POLICY: - For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 7 days prior to the event date. Please send email request to cancel or reschedule at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-251-9888. - Requests received after this deadline are subject to forfeit the deposited amount and no refund will be issued. - No Refund of monies paid if cancel the day of event. - Please send your request by email or call 863-251-9888. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: - If outside event and forecasted severe weather, BackyardCX will contact the customer via phone at 48 hours prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order. - If BackyardCX is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
