INCLUDES: - 8ft X 7ft White Elegant Flower Wall - Black Stand - Let’s Party LED sign is optional - Prices start at $250.00. SET-UP/DELIVERY: - Includes Setup in the price. Flower wall can be setup indoors and outdoors. Delivery and Pickup are separate and travel fee is charged from Lakeland, Fl 33809. Please review FAQ for travel fees. PAYMENT/DEPOSIT: - A $150.00 Deposit is required to book the appointment; remaining amount will be invoiced to customer after finalizing plans and selections - Final payment is due 7 days before day of event - Payment methods accepted are credit card, debit card and/or Paypal REMOVAL: - BackyardCX will remove the flower wall from client's location. CANCELLATION POLICY: - For a full refund, the deadline to submit your request is 7 days prior to the event date. Please send email request to cancel or reschedule at backyardcx@gmail.com or call 863-251-9888. - Requests received after this deadline are subject to forfeit the deposited amount and no refund will be issued. - No Refund of monies paid if cancel the day of event. - Please send your request by email or call 863-215-9888. Please consider your order canceled or changed only when you have received a confirmation by email. SEVERE WEATHER POLICY: - If outside event and forecasted severe weather, BackyardCX will contact the customer via phone at 48 hours prior to delivery to reconfirm, postpone, or cancel/refund the order. - If BackyardCX is unable to deliver an order due to inclement weather, the customer will be notified as soon as possible to arrange rescheduling or cancellation and refund.
